When hunting a goose you need to have a lot of patience because a goose can take anywhere from one to four hours to catch. However, the moment you’ve captured it you’ll have it’s attention for a long time. Because geese can change their location quickly, using the best strategy in each location is very important.

Once you’ve captured a goose, you will need to prepare it for its eventual release. The easiest way to do this is to secure its feet by tying them together with a piece of string and then quickly clipping off the toes. You can then attach a hook and loop on the toe to a hook that you tie to the back of its foot. After that you can grab a stick to grab the feathers and then clip them on top of the foot and pull them down.

The next step is to carefully remove the toes, pulling them down the entire length of the goose’s feet so that you can then slide the hooks underneath the toes to separate it from the body. You can then tie the hooks to the front and back of the legs. You may also want to hang a hook on the back of the leg just below the head and attach the hook to the front of its head. Finally, pull out the feathers and tie the hook to the body of the goose.

As you are taking the canes out of the goose’s feet, make sure to take out the feather ruff and the tail feathers. Once you’ve done this, you can then remove the other canes and put them through a sieve so you can get to the inner parts of the canes. You should then take all the canes out and wash them with hot water and detergent.

Once you have washed the canes and they are clean, you can now wash your can of the inside using a can of goose caller. followed by an orange juice and soap mixture.

Once you have finished cleaning your goose calls, you can then add a mixture of water and borax to the can. to clean the inside of the can. This mixture will ensure that the inside of the can is clean and ready to use. You can then put the can on a hook and attach a small weight in the center so that it can be raised up above the ground.
